By accessing or using ShopFluencer ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ShopFluencer is a deal management platform that connects brands, sellers, and reviewers. Our services include:

  • Managing product review and rating deals across e-commerce platforms.
  • Processing order submissions and refund requests.
  • Facilitating payments between parties involved in deals.
  • Providing dashboards for sellers, mediators, and administrators.

3. User Obligations

By using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms and submissions.
  • Not submit fraudulent orders, fake screenshots, or misleading information.
  • Not attempt to manipulate or exploit the refund process.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Comply with the terms of the specific deals you participate in.

4. Order and Refund Policy

  • Orders must be placed through the platform with valid deal codes and order details.
  • Refunds are processed after verification of reviews, ratings, and order screenshots.
  • The refund amount is calculated as the order amount minus the applicable less amount.
  • Refunds are processed to the payment method provided (UPI or bank transfer).
  • Processing times may vary. We aim to process verified refunds promptly.

5. Review Deletion Policy

For deals that require product reviews:

  • Reviews must remain published for the duration specified in the deal terms.
  • If a review is deleted after a refund is processed, the platform reserves the right to adjust the refund amount or withhold future refunds.
  • Specific penalties for review deletion (additional deductions or no-refund) are defined per deal and communicated at the time of participation.

6. Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us regarding:

  • Order status updates and confirmations.
  • Refund processing notifications.
  • Important service announcements.

Communications may be sent via email and WhatsApp. You can opt out of non-essential communications by contacting us.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ShopFluencer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShopFluencer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
